RETURN POLICY

We accept return item(s) which is purchased directly from ReanneQ Sdn Bhd only.

1. What Are The Valid Return Conditions?

Return reason must be valid and the following return conditions shall be met

  • Return item(s) shall not be used
  • All sealed items shall not be opened
  • Tags and labels shall be attached
  • Return item(s) shall be returned in original packaging

2. What Do We Need For A Return?

Proof of purchase (order number, invoices, delivery note, etc) is required to complete any return.

3. What Is Not Returnable?

Product(s) not purchase directly from us.

4. Within How Long Should I Inform About My Damage / Incorrect Item?

For fast processing, we really appreciate if you could get back to us within 7 days upon receiving any damaged/ incorrect item(s).

The return product(s) must reach us within 30 days from the date of purchase.

5. Within How Long Will The Replacement Product Will Be Delivered?

The replacement product(s) will be delivered within 7 working days from the date of receiving the return parcel to the address as indicated in the original order.

6. What If The Replacement Product is Out of Stock? 

We will credit the equivalent purchased amount into your member account. You may utilize the credit points for any future purchase. 

7. Who Will Bear The Postage Fee?

Postage in the event of a damaged or incorrect items return is to be borne by the company. Our customer service agent will be sending an airway bill to you via email. Next, you are only required to print out the shipping label, and then drop off the parcel at the nearest designated courier service company. 

In the unlikely event that your return is invalid, we shall notify you before sending it back to you. Subsequently your return courier fee will be borne by yourself.

8. How To Make A Return Goods?

You could fill up the standard “Return Form” and email to us at “ cs@ouson.my “
